About your new employer:
- Working within a small trusted legal team you will advise on complex and sensitive matters engage with senior stakeholders and operate within a highly governed environment.

About the role:
- Provide timely practical advice on complex administrative and public law matters including student misconduct discrimination privacy GIPA and review processes.
- Attend and represent clients in internal disciplinary proceedings and before external tribunals and bodies.
- Identify and manage legal risk in line with institutional objectives.
- Draft clear concise legal advice submissions policies and related documentation.
The ideal candidate:
- Have 5 years PQE in administrative or public law including misconduct privacy and information access
- Exceptional judgement and discretion with the ability to manage sensitive matters appropriately.
- Excellent analytical drafting and communication skills with a practical solutions-focused mindset.
- Comfortable working in time-critical environments and managing competing priorities.
