About the Role

Were looking for a proactive and organised Admin Officer to support our collaborative and friendly Digital Systems & Data team. Youll play an important role in keeping our documentation governance processes and team operations running smoothly. This includes documenting processes coordinating meetings preparing agendas and minutes managing records supporting workflow updates and assisting with vendor coordination internal information requests and providing reliable daytoday admin support across the team. If you enjoy staying on top of details and helping teams stay connected and efficient this role is a great fit.

This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

About You

Youll thrive in this role if youre organised detailfocused and confident communicating with a range of stakeholders. You bring:

  • Experience in administration or a related qualification
  • Strong organisation and timemanagement skills
  • Confidence in documentation minutetaking and meeting coordination
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office with a commitment to ongoing development.

  • Salary from $76617 (Level 3 Ruah Enterprise Agreement)

Compliance Requirements

  • Current Drivers Licence
  • National Police Clearance (and International Police Clearance if applicable)
