We have an exciting opportunity for a disputes lawyer(PQE 2-5) to join a busy and dynamic construction disputes practice. This role based in Melbourne is focussed on litigation and dispute resolution in relation to the construction and infrastructure industry both in Victoria and interstate.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate solid dispute resolution experience. We are looking for a candidate to have carriage of matters with the experience and confidence to engage with clients be a team player and work with diligent senior lawyers.
What you need
We welcome applications from lawyers with a minimum 2-5 years PQE looking to take the next step in your career in a Tier 1 practice. Ideally you will have experience in construction disputes good advocacy skills and the ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines. Besides your technical and legal knowledge you will have an ability to manage client relationships and provide guidance leadership and mentoring to the junior members in the team.
