We currently have an opportunity for a Workforce Planner & UKG Pro System Administrator to join our Health & Education team and play a key role in optimising workforce effectiveness system integrity and service delivery for the Royal Adelaide Hospital contract. Reporting to the Executive Manager Operations and Performance youll help deliver highquality outcomes that support our essential services.
What Youll Do
This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:
Lead endtoend workforce planning forecasting and roster development to ensure safe efficient and compliant service coverage.
Oversee and maintain the UKG Pro (Kronos) Workforce Management system ensuring accuracy configuration integrity and compliance with industrial requirements.
Analyse workforce data to provide insights recommendations and highquality reports that support operational and budget decisions.
Partner with leaders HR and payroll teams to ensure smooth processes system accuracy and continuous improvement across rostering and workforce administration.
Support endusers with training guidance and process documentation to uplift capability and drive consistent system use.
What Youll Bring
Experience in workforce planning rostering or resource coordination within large or complex operations (health experience highly regarded).
Proven capability in administering UKG Pro Kronos or similar workforce management systems with confidence troubleshooting and maintaining configuration accuracy.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data identify risks and communicate findings clearly and constructively.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build supportive collaborative relationships across diverse teams.
High attention to detail proactive problemsolving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
