Job Summary
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues with water treatment products and services.
- Process orders manage account updates and handle billing inquiries accurately.
- Provide product information and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Maintain customer records and documentation in our ERP system (DMS).
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and services.
- Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and support.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for helping customers and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
