Tekberry is looking for a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative I to work on-site with our client a worldwide designer and manufacturer of precision medical devices. This role supports a team that produces enteral feeding and infusion pump systems that help improve patient safety and quality of care.

Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via email regarding product support service requests and order questions
Enter customer orders and repair requests into ERP/order entry systems
Send order confirmations and communicate delivery timelines
Coordinate replacement orders and provide return shipping labels
Research customer issues and escalate urgent complaints when needed
Assist with pricing disputes and warranty inquiries
Maintain accurate documentation of customer communications
Support sales and customer service team projects and reporting
Provide professional timely communication to internal and external customers
Must-Have Qualifications High School Diploma or GED
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word Excel Outlook)
Strong written communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional customer-focused attitude
Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service call center administrative or order entry experience
Experience working with ERP or order management systems
Experience handling customer issues returns or product support requests
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment & Training Training is fully onsite (minimum 6 months)
Potential for future flexibility based on performance (not guaranteed)
