Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join a collaborative team focused on maximizing the value of Salesforce across the this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce users partnering closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable efficient CRM solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills is passionate about user adoption and stays current with Salesforce releases and ecosystem innovations. You will play a key role in system administration enhancements integration data integrity and end-user enablement across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day Salesforce administration by reviewing prioritizing and resolving support tickets from internal users
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend practical scalable Salesforce solutions
- Perform core administrator functions such as user management profiles roles permissions and assignment rules
- Evaluate implement and support AppExchange solutions and third-party integrations
- Manage data imports migrations and bulk updates while ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Conduct regular data audits and cleanup activities to maintain system health
- Create and maintain system documentation and develop training materials for end users
- Provide after-hours support for urgent issues as needed and support biweekly release cycles
- Stay informed on Salesforce platform updates identify inefficiencies and proactively recommend enhancements
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
- 5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
- Experience supporting both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced evolving environment
- Strong team player with a positive proactive and solution-oriented mindset
