Role Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with Health Cloud experience to build and enhance healthcare solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role requires strong hands-on development skills along with experience in internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) to support global users across multiple regions and languages.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce & Health Cloud Development

• Develop and customize Salesforce Health Cloud features including Patient 360 Care Plans and clinical data models
• Build scalable solutions using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura and Flows
• Configure and customize Health Cloud objects data models and UI components
• Implement automation using Flows validation rules and approval processes
• Perform unit testing debugging and code optimization

Internationalization & Localization

• Implement multi-language and multi-locale Salesforce solutions
• Use Translation Workbench for UI and metadata translations
• Handle locale-specific formatting (date time number currency)
• Support region-specific business logic and user experience
• Assist in global rollouts and localization testing across countries

Integration & Data Handling

• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Work with healthcare data integrations (EHR/EMR exposure is a plus)
• Support data migration data quality and data governance activities
• Ensure secure handling of healthcare data in line with compliance standards

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with architects leads and business analysts
• Participate in sprint planning estimations and code reviews
• Follow Salesforce best practices security standards and DevOps processes

Technical Skills

Technical Skills

• Salesforce Health Cloud (mandatory)
• Apex LWC Aura
• Salesforce Flows and automation tools
• SOQL SOSL
• Salesforce Integration patterns
• DevOps tools (Copado Gearset or CI/CD pipelines)

Internationalization Skills

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce i18n / l10n
• Multi-language UI and metadata management
• Experience supporting global users and deployments

Domain Knowledge

• Healthcare provider or payer domain experience
• Understanding of patient journeys and care management
• Exposure to HL7 / FHIR standards is a plus

Certifications (Preferred)

• Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional
• Platform Developer II (good to have)

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
