Job Summary

The Challenge

Responsible for the execution of all auto-electrical functions and the reliable safe execution quality maintenance repairs condition monitoring fault-finding of diesel driven Earthmoving Equipment in accordance with OEM prescribed standards regulations procedures and methodologies to achieve optimum equipment availability reliability and process efficiency objectives.

Qualifications :

The Ideal Applicant:

Grade 10 (24 points over 7 subjects and an E in English) with Mathematics or Science.
NQF Level 1 Certificate (4x technical subjects).
NQF Level 1 Modular Training.
Valid Code B/BE Drivers License (Manual Transmission)
18 months demonstrated trade-related experience at B1 level in an Auto Electrical environment.
Preference will be given to candidates with equipment specific OEM training and at least eighteen (18) months experience maintaining Volvo A60H articulated dump trucks.
