This role reports to and partners closely with the Global HR Business Partner to support the Operations Group leadership team. As a HRBP you are a strategic enabler and executor of your PG/EF HR priorities partnering with ELT(-1) leaders and below to drive people strategies. You will use your knowledge of Renesas internal processes systems and culture to offer insights and solutions that help leaders make effective people decisions.
- Partner with global HRBPs to understand the strategic priorities of their respective PG/EFs and help execute on the actionable people and organization plan.
- Enable talent and performance outcomes by executing on global talent and organizational strategies around talent management org design performance management talent refresh & optimization etc.
- Build future-ready capability by partnering with leaders to identify strengths development needs and shaping leadership and specialist talent pipelines.
- Provide insights using people analytics to influence decision-making to support workforce planning organizational design talent forecasting and capability building.
- Lead and support change effectively by helping teams navigate organizational transitions through clear communication listening and disciplined change execution.
- Collaborate within the HR community by working across regions and HR functions rolemodelling TAGIE behaviors sharing best practices and actively contributing to a cohesive enterprisewide HR agenda.
Qualifications :
- 510 years of HR experience ideally in a Country or Regional HRBP role.
- Strong analytical and data skills with the ability to interpret people data identify trends and provide meaningful insights to leaders.
- Proficiency in Excel including working with spreadsheets formulas pivot tables and data summaries.
- Ability to create clear effective presentations in PowerPoint to communicate HR recommendations and insights.
- Experience working in a matrixed global environment; able to collaborate across time zones and cultures.
- Strong communication and influencing skills comfortable partnering with VP/Sr Director/Director-level stakeholders.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and operate independently driving tasks and initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Solid understanding of core HR processes such as performance management talent development employee relations and organizational change. High level of discretion and sound judgment especially when dealing with sensitive people topics.

The expected annual pay range for this position is $139000 -$190000. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
