Job Summary

Job Qualifications:

1. Educational Background

Degree:Bachelors Degree (S1) inCivil EngineeringorArchitecture.
Professional License:ValidSKA (Sertifikat Keahlian)in Building Architecture or Structural Engineering is highly preferred.

2. Specialized Work Experience

Data Center Focus:Minimum58 yearsof experience in construction with at least3 yearsspecifically inData CenterorIndustrial Cleanroomprojects.
High-Load Structures:Proven experience in inspecting heavy-load floor slabs (designed for heavy UPS/Battery/Genset racks) and seismic bracing systems.
Decoration & Fit-out:Expertise in specialized data center fit-outs includingRaised Floor SystemsAcoustic CeilingsPartition Walls (Fire-rated) andEpoxy Flooring.
