Job Responsibilities
- 3D Model Development: Develop and manage high-quality 3D models for Architecture Structure or MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) disciplines usingLOD 300 to 400standards.
- Clash Detection & Coordination: Perform regular clash detection simulations usingNavisworksto identify and resolve interferences between disciplines (e.g. cable trays hitting chilled water pipes) before site installation.
- BIM Execution Plan (BEP) Adherence: Ensure all modeling work aligns with the projectsBIM Execution Plan naming conventions and international standards likeISO 19650.
- Quantity Take-Off (QTO): Extract accurate material quantities and schedules from the BIM model to support the Procurement and Commercial teams.
- As-Built Modeling: Update and maintain the As-Built model based on site changes to provide a final digital twin for the clientsFacility Management (FM).
- Design Coordination: Lead or participate in BIM coordination meetings with contractors and consultants to solve complex spatial issues in the data hall and plant rooms.
- Cloud Collaboration: Manage and sync models through common data environments (CDE) such asAutodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)orBIM 360.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) inArchitecture Civil Engineering or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 35 years of experience in BIM modeling or coordination. Experience inData Center high-tech industrial or complex hospital projects is highly preferred.
- Software Proficiency:
- Expertise inAutodesk Revit(Architecture Structure or MEP).
- Proficiency inNavisworks Managefor clash reporting and 4D/5D simulation.
- Knowledge ofAutoCADandBIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding ofBIM Dimensions (3D 4D 5D)andLOD (Level of Development).
- Deep knowledge of MEP systems layout specifically for high-density power and cooling infrastructures.
- Skills: Strong spatial visualization skills attention to detail and the ability to work under tight project deadlines.
