As a Software Engineering Manager you will be responsible for:
- Leading product development team for software building continuous improvement culture driving reduction in cycle time (Agile Mindset) and cost (remove waste standardize practices) with highest quality.
- Technical architecture systems design and meticulous code review processes.
- Leadership capabilities with demonstrated success in building and retaining talent coaching and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Building differentiated capabilities (now and future) and capacity (aligned to long term global strategic framework and annual plans). Leverage local eco-system for speed and complimenting capabilities (universities suppliers startups)
- Working with architects on proof of concepts and technology evaluations
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor or masters degree in Engineering
- Have a minimum 12 years in software with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Have a working experience in product development (full life cycle from concept to launch to field support) and understanding of development process tools and Agile methodologies
- Have a hands-on experience in design & development of building enterprise software (C# WPF)
- Have a technical proficiency with contemporary programming languages and cutting-edge frameworks.
- Have an excellence in strategic thinking and driving innovation
- Have a strong analytical decision-making and stakeholder management skills.
- Have an experience is x-ray Imaging is a plus
