Position Overview
The Business Operations Lead for Sales Operations & Enablement will play a critical role in ensuring the organization operates with clarity alignment and disciplined execution. This role anchors the business planning and operational rhythms of the Sales Ops & Enablement teamdriving budget and workforce planning operational governance prioritization frameworks organizational effectiveness and performance tracking.
You will partner closely with HR Finance and leaders across Sales Operations & Enablement to create structure establish operating mechanisms and ensure the organization remains focused on the highestimpact priorities. You will help define goals measure outcomes and enable the team to execute with consistency and scale.
This position is ideal for someone who is energized by strategic operational work crossfunctional coordination and building systems that help an organization run effectively at scale.
This role ensures that the Sales Operations & Enablement organization runs as a coordinated aligned and highperforming system. By driving planning operational discipline and structured execution the Business Operations Lead enables the team to focus on the work that accelerates impact and strengthens organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scorecards dashboards and reporting mechanisms that track organizational performance and progress against key priorities.

In California the pay range for this position is $182900 - $264800 In New York the pay range for this position is $182900 - $264800
At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
