- Strong spoken English with confident call presence
- Proven experience in closing deals
- Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot / Salesforce)
- Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs
- Experience selling B2B services SaaS or IT solutions
- International sales exposure (US UK EU GCC markets)
- Familiarity with structured sales frameworks
- Experience in remote sales environments
- Ability to prepare relevant and helpful sales materials
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls
- Own the full sales cycle (discovery pitch objection handling closing)
- Qualify prospects and identify their business needs
- Clearly present company services and solutions during calls
- Prepare and use sales support materials (presentations pitch decks mockups sample visuals)
- Create case summaries or solution outlines to support discussions and improve conversions
- Customize presentations and materials based on prospect requirements
- Handle objections and close deals through calls or structured follow-ups
- Maintain pipeline call notes and deal status in the CRM
- Achieve defined call conversion and revenue targets
