Role Overview:
The Senior Executive Public Relations will support the planning and execution of integrated PR strategies for COLORS fiction non-fiction and marquee properties.
The role requires strategizing for shows hands-on execution strong media relationships and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced broadcast environment. This position is critical as COLORS enters a high-growth phase in 2026 with multiple high-impact launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute show-specific PR strategies aligned with programming and brand objectives across fiction non-fiction and marquee properties.
- Plan and manage end-to-end publicity including media launches press meets interviews photo-ops junkets and on-ground activations.
- Manage day-to-day media relations across Mumbai Delhi and regional markets driving sustained coverage across print digital television radio and social media.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders including Programming Marketing Creative Commercial Finance Sales Talent Management and Legal teams to ensure seamless alignment.
- Liaise closely with external stakeholders such as production houses event agencies talent teams and channel partners to manage narratives approvals and timelines.
- Coordinate with PR agencies and external vendors to align on strategy review deliverables crisis communications show positioning reputation management and ensure timely execution of campaign milestones.
- Track media coverage compile reports create creative presentations and optimize ongoing and future campaigns.
