Job Description - Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Position: Senior TAS (High-Performance Track - Team Lead in 3-6 Months)
Location: Regus Kompally Hyderabad
Experience: 3-5 Years in Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing Industry
Reports To: Delivery Manager / Managing Partner
Salary Range: 5.5 LPA to 7 LPA
Role Overview:
We are looking for a performance-driven Senior TAS with strong delivery
capabilities across RPO Permanent Recruitment and Contract-to-Hire
(C2H) mandates. This role is designed for individuals with leadership
potential who aspire to transition into a Team Lead position within 3-6
months based on performance ownership and team capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for RPO Permanent and C2H
roles.
- Handle mid to senior-level hiring mandates across multiple
industries.
- Deliver quality profiles within defined TAT (24-48 hours for active
roles).
- Maintain strong candidate engagement to improve offer-to-join ratio.
- Work effectively on ATS platforms and maintain accurate pipeline
tracking.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication between client
and candidates.
- Maintain submission follow-up and revenue tracking sheets.
- Support junior recruiters through guidance and sourcing strategies.
Leadership Growth Path (Team Lead Eligibility - 3 to 6 Months):
- Consistent monthly billing performance.
- Strong offer-to-join conversion ratio.
- Ability to independently manage RPO accounts.
- Demonstrated mentoring ability with junior recruiters.
- Ownership of client communication and reporting.
- Process discipline and adherence to KPIs.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Monthly billing contribution target (as assigned).
- Minimum 2-3 quality submissions per active role per day.
- High interview-to-offer conversion ratio.
- Offer-to-join ratio above industry average.
- Daily ATS updates and reporting accuracy.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sourcing skills across job portals LinkedIn and referral
channels.
- Experience handling permanent and C2H mandates.
- Excellent stakeholder and candidate management skills.
- Ability to manage pressure and multiple mandates simultaneously.
- Leadership mindset and team-oriented approach.
Fast-track promotion to Team Lead with revised compensation upon
consistent performance within 3-6 months.
