THE OPPORTUNITY
We have a 6-month Max term part time (3 days/ week) opportunity available for Automation & BI Intern to join our Fujifilm Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Division based in Macquarie Park Sydney. This role offers a hands on opportunity to work on innovative automation AI and business intelligence initiatives that streamline business processes enhance operational efficiency and enable data driven decision making.

You will work in a supportive environment receiving training and guidance from experienced ICT professionals while gaining practical exposure to real world enterprise technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and analyse processes suitable for automation and BI reporting
Assist in the design and implementation of automation solutions and BI dashboards using FBAU technologies and tools
Support the development testing and monitoring of AI and analytics models under supervision
Assist with data extraction transformation and loading (ETL) to ensure accurate and reliable data
Contribute to solution documentation including process maps data definitions and reporting standards
Perform basic analysis of operational and customer data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Actively engage in continuous learning to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices

Skills & Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering Data Analytics Business Analytics or a related field
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
An interest in data analysis reporting and data visualisation
The ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
Exposure to data analysis reporting or process improvement through academic projects internships or part time work is highly regarded
