Are you an experienced automation tester ready to shape and mature automated testing capability within a growing environment

We are seeking a Senior Test Analyst TOSCA Automation todeliver automated testing across strategic university initiatives. This is an opportunity to apply your practical TOSCA expertise in an environment where automation is still evolving allowing you to uplift capability and mentor emerging testers.

The role

You will take ownership of the Au3/3/26tomated Testing Lifecycle across assigned projects ensuring a consistent standardised testing approach aligned to the DTS testing framework and governance standards.

Working across platforms including ServiceNow SAP HR and other enterprise systems you will:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive Automated Test Plans and contribute to overall Test Strategy and Environment Plans
  • Design and execute automated test cases based on detailed analysis of project documentation
  • Coordinate automation acceptance execution and reporting activities
  • Track diagnose and drive resolution of defects
  • Partner with DevOps to enable integration automation where possible
  • Ensure reusable test artefacts and continuous improvement of testing practices

This role operates within both agile and iterative waterfall environments supporting strategic projects and selected business-as-usual initiatives.:

This fixed term position is full time at a HEW 8 and is based at Callaghan Campus

About you

We are seeking a candidate with proven practical experience using the TOSCA automation tool complemented by strong skills across both automated and manual testing. The successful applicant will have experience working within structured testing frameworks and the ability to analyse complex business and technical requirements to design robust high-quality test cases. This role requires availability to work onsite at least three days per week.

Experience mentoring or coaching less experienced testers is highly desirable along with exposure to enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow or SAP. Prior experience working within higher education or other complex multi-stakeholder enterprise environments will be well regarded.
