Whatyoulldo:

NinjaTraderis seeking a Sr. Director of Lifecycle Marketing to lead the evolution of lifecycle into a multi-channel growth engine. This role will define the lifecycle vision build a high-performing team and deliver a multi-channel approach starting with in-product lifecycle experiences. This leader will partner closely with Marketing Product Data and Engineering to ensure lifecycle is embedded into the product experience and efforts are delivering positive business outcomes.

In this role you will:

• Define and own the lifecycle marketing strategy across the full customer journey including onboarding engagement monetization retention and reactivation
• Evolve lifecycle from an email-first approach to multi-channel orchestration with a focus on in-product lifecycle experiences
• Translate business and product strategy into clear lifecycleobjectives KPIs and experimentation roadmaps
• Partner with Product and Engineering to design and deliver in-product lifecycle experiences
• Ensure lifecycle programs are aligned to product behavior and business objectives
• Lead mentor and scale the lifecycle team with a focus on quality business outcomes and operational excellence
• Establish standards for lifecycle planning QA testing and measurement
• Continuously raise the bar and support the team to deliver better outcomes
• Serve as the primary lifecycle partner to cross-functional teams
• Influence roadmap priorities by bringing customer insights and lifecycle performance data upstream
• Communicate lifecycle performance and insights clearly to executive stakeholders
• Identifyand advocate formartechinfrastructure needed to scale lifecycle impact

Whatyoullneed:

• 10 years of experience in lifecycle CRM or growth marketing with people leadership experience
• Proven experience building and running multi-channel lifecycle programs including in-product messaging
• Hands-on experience with Braze or comparable lifecycle marketing platforms
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Marketing Product and Engineering teams
• Strong strategic thinking paired with operational excellence

Bonus points for:

• Experience in fintech big tech or high-growth B2C companies
• History of building and scaling lifecycle teams and capabilities
• Deep understanding of customer behavior and experimentation frameworks

Compensation:

The salary range for this role will be $175000.00 - $225000.00 addition this position will also receive an annual target bonus of 15%. Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%).

Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual paid time off allowanceaccruesat a rate of23 daysper year plus seven paid holidays.

This role is based in Chicago IL. *There may be remote flexibility for exceptional candidates in the following states: California Colorado Florida Georgia Illinois Indiana Minnesota Missouri Montana New Jersey New York North Carolina Ohio Oregon Pennsylvania South Carolina Texas Utah Vermont Virginia Washington Washington DC Wisconsin.

Hybrid:

For Chicago-based employees we follow a hybrid work schedule: In-office Tuesday through Thursday with remote work on Mondays and addition to these weekly remote days we offer:
