We are hiring for our client a respected and well-established construction company seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage multiple projects with occasional larger assignments. This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative professional who enjoys mentoring junior team members building strong site relationships and ensuring smooth contract delivery under NEC3 and JCT frameworks.

The Role:
- Manage the commercial aspects of multiple concurrent projects.
- Oversee NEC3 and JCT main contracts sub-contracts and collateral warranties.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to support ordering/buying as needed.
- Maintain strong working relationships with site teams and stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop less experienced team members.
- Ensure contractual compliance accurate reporting and cost control.
The Person:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of NEC3 and JCT contract administration.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
