We are hiring for our client an established Civil Engineering and Utilities contractor for the appointment of a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer. This QS / Cost Engineer role is based across active project sites spanning Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland working closely with operational teams site management and senior leadership. The successful Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer will manage commercial operations cost reporting and contract administration on major projects including wastewater treatment plants and pipeline infrastructure.

Assist with internal commercial reporting generate monthly valuations and prepare cost reports for the client
Liaise with design construction and supply chain teams to ensure value for money and commercial efficiency
The Person:
3 years experience managing commercial packages or running infrastructure/civil engineering projects
Strong working knowledge of NEC Forms of Contract
Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related commercial discipline
Awareness of capital delivery frameworks particularly within the UK and Ireland water industries is highly desirable
Experience across multiple live civil engineering or utilities projects
