5+ years PQE Property Senior Associate

Were looking for an experienced and high performing Senior Associate to join our dynamic and collegiate Real Estate team.

Youll be a valued member of the team and have the opportunity to work autonomously on complex and interesting property matters with plenty of support from a fantastic team and three award winning senior practitioners.

Working closely with two partners and a special counsel you will assist with servicing quality clients both in Queensland and nationally.

A bit more about the work

Youll be a crucial part of the team working on a diverse range of matters including:

• capital acquisitions and divestments;
• major landlord and tenant leasing; and
• property development including off the plan sales development agreements joint venture agreements etc.

About you

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• a minimum of five years PQE and experience in property/real estate with a reputable Australian firm;
• significant experience with acquisitions divestments and leasing;
• a strong work ethic and the ability to manage competing priorities;
• exceptional attention to detail and communication skills; and
• a commitment to continually learning and developing and assisting others to do the same.
