WHAT YOULL DO:
As our HRIS Analyst you will support and optimize our HR and Payroll systems primarily UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) including HCM Payroll Recruiting Time Management Benefits and this role you will lead system-related projects collaborate closely with HR Payroll and cross-functional partners and ensure processes are efficient accurate and aligned with business needs.
You will design and develop reports dashboards and metrics that provide actionable insights analyze data to identify trends and performance opportunities and implement system and process improvements. Additionally you will serve as the primary point of contact for system configuration security administration issue resolution training and data integrity.
To succeed in this role you are a collaborative and self-motivated professional with strong attention to detail and a natural curiosity to deeply understand business processes and continuously improve them.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1-3 years of HRIS experience or equivalent training.
- Ability to work in a team environment with high productivity.
- Above- average skills in Microsoft Word Outlook and Excel.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of professionalism.
- Experience with UKG and affiliated programs is highly preferred.
Compensation: $62000-$80000/yr (Depending on Experience)
