Job Summary

Key job responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for global payment solutions from ideation to launch and iteration ensuring alignment with Amazons strategic goals.
Define and communicate the product vision roadmap and success metrics balancing technical feasibility with customer needs and business impact.
Collaborate with engineering teams to architect scalable systems prioritize technical requirements and resolve dependencies across distributed systems.
Lead cross-functional initiatives with stakeholders in engineering compliance UX finance and operations to deliver products on time and at global scale.
Champion customer-centric innovation by conducting market research analyzing payment trends and identifying opportunities to reduce friction in global transactions.
Drive operational excellence by establishing KPIs monitoring performance and iterating based on data insights and customer feedback.
Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of rigor experimentation and continuous improvement.

- 5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
