Job Summary
What success looks like in this role:
Serves as HR Generalist within an assigned country providing advice across diverse HR programs initiatives and activities.
Manages / adapts support services to ensure applicability within the local area.
Works closely with business leaders to:
o Ensure understanding of and compliance with legal regulatory and other considerations
o Ensure support and proactive implementation of HR programs and processes
o Provide advice on matters of associate engagement well-being and effective people leadership and
o Help facilitate performance management and related processes ensuring alignment between performance and rewards / compensation.
Collaborates with line leadership and HR Talent Acquisition to define and develop strategic staffing efforts.
Serves as point of contact for associates and leaders on engagement workplace and other issues working collaboratively to address and resolve.
Analyzes HRIS and other data to identify and understand trends and changes.
Drafts and implements HR policy and procedures in line with country legal requirements.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 4-6 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
