Job Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Creative Services Manager to oversee the end-to-end creative workflow from concept development to final asset delivery. This role serves as the bridge between stakeholders and the creative team ensuring all visual and written outputs are high-quality on-brand and delivered on time. The position requires a strong balance of project management creative direction and process optimization to maintain efficiency and creative excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Workflow Management: Streamline intake processes and manage resource allocation for all creative requests.
Brand Stewardship: Ensure all creative outputs adhere strictly to brand guidelines and quality standards.
Stakeholder Liaison: Translate business requirements into clear actionable creative briefs.
Project Tracking: Monitor timelines and project health using project management tools to prevent bottlenecks.
Quality Assurance: Review and approve final assets ensuring technical specifications (resolution dimensions file types) are accurate.
Job requirements
Job Requirements
35 years of experience in a Creative Lead Art Director or Creative Operations role (agency or in-house preferred).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and project management tools (Asana or ClickUp).
Strong understanding of digital and print production typography color theory and video editing workflows.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to provide constructive creative feedback.
Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite 2 days WFH).
