Manage and handle customer accounts efficiently
Respond to and manage WhatsApp communication sales calls and sales emails
Make outbound and inbound customer calls
Coordinate and connect with doctors as required
Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of customer queries
Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Excel
Meet service and sales-related targets
Be flexible to extend working hours work on Sundays and government holidays when required.
Minimum 23 years of experience in account management within the insurance industry
Hindi language proficiency is mandatory
Knowledge of multiple languages is preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel
Ability to multitask and manage high-volume communication
Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
Experience handling customers through digital platforms (WhatsApp email calls)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work flexible schedules
