As a Business Development Manager youll be responsible for B2B sales driving customer acquisition and converting leads into sales for Large Named Enterprise Accounts and Prospects from the Banking Financial Services and Insurance segment in the Western Region. Youll play a critical role in growing the Proactive West Enterprise Business and also help your clients to create grow and scale their Secure IT Infrastructure to service their consumers and end-users.
This is a full-time permanent role with a focus on delivering growth by adding new clients and adding new business in Proactive Data Systems Enterprise Business Unit in West India
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new customer acquisition growth by making outbound calls to prospective businesses using our CRM.
Provide bespoke solutions that meet customers needs by selling our suite of Cisco and Other Networking and IT Infra Solutions from Dell NetApp EMC VMWare et al.
Build future sales by managing a pipeline of prospects through customer relationship building and market awareness.
To Succeed in this role:
o Be commercially aware and able to deliver profitable proposals that meet internal guidelines.
o Understand how to drive cost of revenue and margins to achieve sales targets.
o Have a proven track record of commercial success in sales or similar roles.
o Be organised and self-aware consistently following up on leads and planning ahead.
o Strong IT skills.
o Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
o Drive and commitment to exceeding targets.
o Knowledge of the IT Networking Software and SaaS industry and business with prior experience in this area and the Financial Services domain.
