Training Administrator

Clean Harbors is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our dynamic Training and Development team. This role plays a critical part in supporting the execution of training programs by providing exceptional administrative organizational and coordination support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment demonstrates strong attention to detail manages competing priorities effectively and brings a proactive solutions-focused mindset to their work.

• Provide in-person and remote technical support to employees using the Learning Management System (LMS) including login assistance course access and troubleshooting system issues.
• Perform comprehensive training compliance audits to verify completion of required certifications orientations and regulatory training prior to mobilization or job assignment.
• Maintain accurate complete and up-to-date training records ensuring documentation is properly entered filed and aligned with company and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor employee training progress and proactively follow up on outstanding requirements to ensure ongoing compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
• Serve as a point of contact for training-related inquiries delivering timely professional and customer-focused support.

• Minimum of one (1) year of adult learning/training experience preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong working knowledge of Excel.
• Advanced computer proficiency including the ability to troubleshoot and support users on desktop and mobile devices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
