Worship Preparation and Volunteer CoordinationProduce materials for Sunday and other worship services in coordination with the Parish Priest Music Director and PowerPoint presentations and print worship materials including readings and service in preparing and maintaining volunteer rosters for worship services using an electronic roster collaboratively with clergy and volunteers to ensure adequate volunteer coverage for worship ministries.2. Communications and Parish InformationSupport parish communications by updating the parish website with announcements service information and sermon parish social media platforms (e.g. Facebook) with regular and distribute weekly parish church office email accounts responding to or forwarding inquiries as and distribute incoming postal incoming phone calls and monitor voicemail responding directly or forwarding messages as required.3. Facility Rentals and External CoordinationServe as the primary point of contact for church facility rental inquiries with support from Parish availability and suitability of requested maintain and track rental agreements and renter access to the building including security and facility with renters and parish leadership to ensure smooth coordination of facility use.4.
