What Youll Do
You will be responsible for managing and filling high-volume white-collar roles across our established client base primarily within Government.
You will:
- Manage recruitment for high-volume Government roles
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process
- Screen interview (face-to-face & virtual) and reference check candidates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Meet clients onsite and deliver exceptional service
- Manage talent pipelines and keep databases up to date
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from start to finish
