You will be joining the Administration portfolio within the College of Sport Health and Engineering a high-performing team dedicated to delivering efficient and student-centred operational services.
Our portfolio supports planning resource management academic delivery and process optimisation across the Colleges diverse disciplines including Nursing Allied Health Clinical Science Biomedical and Life Science Sport and Movement Sciences Built Environment and Engineering.

About the Role:
This pivotal role leads the coordination of the Colleges unit offerings resource planning and the complex administrative frameworks that underpin our academic delivery.
Reporting to the College Operations Manager you will manage a small dedicated team to navigate the puzzle of sessional contracting and timetabling. You wont just be managing a process you will be a key collaborator working alongsideHeads of Program Central Timetabling Technical Services and Course Unit Advisors to resolve intricate space and workload challenges.
Position Key Duties
A key focus of the role is advancing SRM toward proactive and preventative planning. By building team capability and ensuring operational continuity during peak cycles. You will also generate high-level data insights to support resource decisions monitor student load trends and maintain the integrity of College workload reporting.
Salary: HEP7 $% superannuation
Employment Type: Full-time continuing role
Hours: 36.75 (1.0 FTE) hours per week

You are confident in supervising and developing staff; identifying training gaps and building a culture that stays calm and professional during peak crunch periods.
You arent just a user of software you are strong at navigating enterprise databases and extracting the data insights needed to back up your decisions. You can translate complex data into clear advice and youre comfortable negotiating with stakeholders who have competing priorities to reach the best outcome for the organisation.
