Customer Service Representative Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services offered by Current Control Inc
- Handle customer complaints troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database accurately
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
- Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures to improve overall customer experience
Essential Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in using customer service software and MS Office applications
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar customer service role
- Experience in the industrial services or construction industry is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $87000 - $120000 per year
