The Bilingual Customer Service Representative at QP Group will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients in both English and a second language. Essential Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and at least one other language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
