- Provide exceptional customer service to patients visiting Immediate Medical Care for urgent care and family medicine services.
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling registration and insurance verification processes.
- Handle inquiries and concerns from patients in a professional and timely manner.
- Work closely with medical staff to ensure patients receive the necessary care and attention.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold the clinics standards.
- Essential Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer service role preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate attitude towards patients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Salary & Benefits:
- Salary range: $75000 - $90000 per year
