Job Summary:The Media Production Specialist provides media production support and resources for online courses for both college and high school level courses.
Additional Department Summary:Provides media production support and resources for the UA Teaching Academy (UATA) and for UA Online college and high school-level courses.
Required Minimum Qualifications:Bachelors degree or higher.
Skills and Knowledge:Knowledge of web accessibility. Knowledge of modern non-linear video editing software like Adobe Premier or Final Cut Pro. Knowledge of lighting design and audio techniques. Strong organizational skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects. Ability to adhere to the Universitys core competencies including adaptability/flexibility student-customer focused ethics and integrity collaboration and building relationships and self-development. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment to produce a quality final product within given constraints. Ability to quickly evaluate and learn new technologies. Ability to envision and develop engaging media to meet desired outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with media production equipment for location work.
