Job Summary

Responsibilities

1. Manage and Direct the Unit recruiting pipeline including the administration and mentoring of applicants.
2. Actively assist with the development and refinement of a dynamic recruiting process.
3. Act as the first point of contact for all new joiners including ex-regulars and re-joiners.
4. Establish working relationships with supporting organisations; the NRC ROSO ACCs / AFCOs YODA and Army employee support networks for all recruiting queries.
5. Nurture applicants from first contact through to attestation and the end of Basic Training.
6. Manage resources and material to support recruitment and retention including media and social media.
7. Ensure all recruitment activity is in accordance with Policy.


Summary

The job is essentially to massage applicants who wish to join or transfer into 4 PARA through the recruiting or transfer pipeline.

This is primarily a people person role and liking people engaging them encouraging cajoling and inspiring them is key.

The second key aspect of the role is being able to organise the record keeping or applicant progress and communicate this to the CHoC.

Domestic Considerations

Must be within a manageable commute to South Africa Rd ARC White City London and ideally able to travel on duty.
