Job Summary
Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Project Manager II position! This is a 12 month contract opportunity and will be onsite in Buffalo NY. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Manage projects from initiation through close in a banking environment ensuring clarity of scope objectives and team responsibilities
- Develop project plans forecasts and schedules
- Partner with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements constraints and assumptions using structured requirement-gathering techniques
- Establish work breakdown structures project organization charts and cost/budget plans
- Develop communication risk quality and resource management plans
- Communicate project plans to ensure alignment across stakeholders and project teams
- Execute and monitor all components of the project plan including budget and forecast management
- Implement change controls and monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Identify and quantify variances perform corrective actions and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Mitigate project risks through approved actions and workarounds
- Build and lead cohesive project teams through mentoring training and motivation
- Support larger project initiatives under the direction of senior management
- Ensure adherence to company risk regulatory standards policies and internal controls
What Youll Need to Have:
- Proficiency in building and utilizing JIRA Dashboards and/or Power BI for tracking against project plans
- Expertise in SDLC and Agile methodology
- Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to organize multiple delivery teams to meet deadlines
- 4 years project management experience
- Banking experience preferred
Pay Range:$45-$55/hr
