About the Job

As IT Manager HRIS you will lead a team of around 15 HRIS specialists and guide them to excel in their roles. You will drive Agile ways of working support team development and ensure operational excellence across system delivery and lifecycle management. Your role extends beyond management to being a coach and mentor empowering your team to achieve their highest potential and contribute significantly to our strategic objectives.

You will remove impediments improve flow across the value stream and work closely with HR IT Security and business stakeholders within established governance and engagement models.

Your responsibilities also include service delivery financial planning supplier management and optimizing total cost of ownership for HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead coach and develop the HRIS team fostering Agile customerfocused serviceoriented behaviors.

  • Demonstrate LeanAgile leadership and ensure effective SAFe structures and processes.

  • Drive continuous improvement remove operational impediments and support valuestream flow.

  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders using agreed governance and templates.

  • Oversee service delivery financials supplier management system ownership and TCO.

Who You Are

You are an experienced IT leader skilled at building and guiding highperforming teams. You have handson experience delivering HR solutions across the employee lifecycle - Core HR Talent Learning Time Analytics and Integrations.

You bring solid expertise with HRIS platforms such as Workday SAP SuccessFactors Oracle HCM or similar and you value data quality privacy security and great user experience.

Your leadership is grounded in LeanAgile principles and you foster an environment focused on agility customer value and strong service delivery. You have proven experience in financial management supplier management and system ownership ensuring secure and compliant HRIS operations.

Experience

  • 5 years of IT management experience leading highperforming teams.

  • 5 years managing HRIS platforms (Workday SuccessFactors Oracle HCM) including implementation operations optimization and integrations.

  • Certified SAFe Agilist with 3 years applying SAFe in practice.

  • Experience in HR data management reporting/analytics and integrations.

  • Strong IT financial and supplier management experience.

  • Solid understanding of GDPR and security requirements for HR data.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Business Administration or related field; PMP/ITIL is a plus.
