Our team drives strategic programs of Joint Operations Leadership Team (JOLT) partnering with cross-functional teams across the company including manufacturing supply chain SPG operations AGS etc. We are looking for a mid-level program manager who can quickly become effective within a complex fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead endtoend program management for crossfunctional initiatives ensuring timely execution against defined objectives.
• Navigate ambiguity by bringing structure clarity and forward momentum to complex and evolving problem spaces.
• Proactively engage stakeholders to understand their requirements align priorities and resolve gaps.
• Develop and manage program schedules and drive towards the milestones.
• Provides engineering and business process expertise to team and other members on various standard programs / issues.
• Identify potential complications and develop practical mitigation and resolution plans.
• Communicate program status risks and decisions clearly and concisely to crossfunctional partners and leadership.
• Adapt quickly to dynamic environments and shifting priorities while maintaining focus on key deliverables.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location hire grade job-related knowledge skills experience and with consideration of internal equity of our current team addition to a comprehensive benefits package candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program as applicable.

For all sales roles the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
