Norfolk Institute for Practice Excellence (NIPE) Adult Social Care.

We offer a 2000 welcome payment for qualified and experiencedSocial Workers/Occupational Therapists(grade J and above) Practice Consultants and Team Managers new to Norfolk County to be repaid in full should you leave within two years of employment.

For experienced Social Workers new to Norfolk CountyCouncilwe promise to try and match or better your existing salaryprovidingit iswithin the spectrum of the grade advertised.

NIPE is a countywide team consisting of a Team ManagerPractice Consultant Social WorkersPractice Consultant Occupational TherapistsLegacySocial Work andOccupational Therapistposts and aWellbeing Facilitator.

Wedeliver the Assessed and Supported Year ofEmployment programmeto Newly Qualified Social Workers thePreceptorship to Newly Qualified Occupational TherapistsLiving Well training to new colleagues and have developed a12-weekInduction Programme that supports Assistant Practitioners Social Workers and Occupational Therapists new to their role in Adult Social Care.

We are looking foracreative and dynamic experiencedSocialWorkercommittedto the development of their colleaguesto deliverThe Assistant Practitioner Development program.Thisisa new programmetosupportnewly appointedAssistant Practitionersfrom across the County who arejoining AdultSocial you will be a Practice Educator or experienced in supporting the learning and development of students apprentices and or colleagues and willing totrain tobecome a Practice Educator.
