The role
The Senior Partner Organisation Development works closely with leaders and teams to strengthen employee experience and drive organisational development across the Department. It focuses on building positive engagement improving organisational effectiveness and supporting culture transformation through welldesigned frameworks programs and solutions. By shaping initiatives across performance recognition talent and succession the role plays a key part in creating a more connected high-performance culture.
A big part of the work involves partnering across the business to guide behavioural change and embed consistent ways of working that support workforce transformation. This includes using insights from employee engagement activities applying agile-like change management principles and supporting strategic workforce planning to help leaders make informed decisions. Through this collaboration the role helps ensure employee experience initiatives are practical sustainable and aligned to broader organisational goals.
