About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Registration Officer to join our Workers Compensation team. This is an entry-level opportunity suited to someone who enjoys administrative tasks working with data and providing quality support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately register new claims and update records within internal systems
Review documentation to ensure all required information is complete
Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Liaise with internal teams to obtain missing information where required
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Assist with general administrative tasks to support the broader team
About You
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Basic administrative or data entry experience (preferred but not essential)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Comfortable working with multiple systems and learning new processes
A team player with a positive can-do attitude
