Remuneration: We pay our engineers well above market value but in return we expect high performance commitment and ownership of the platform. Based on the years of experience were offering the following package for this role:
- Base: $150K to $170K / annum Super
- Bonus: Quarterly Bonuses of $7.5K / quarter ($30K pa)
- Share Options: Shares options as signup bonus worth $50K
- Yearly Salary Review: Your salary will be reviewed every year
The Person
The ideal person will have a University degree have 5 years of commercial experience working with React CSS Javascript and other equivalent front-end libraries / languages
To Be Successful You Must Have:
- Solid commercial experience of React
- Solid commercial experience of CSS
- Solid commercial experience with Javascript
- Good commercial experience with EXT JS
- Good commercial experience with frameworks like Spring Boots
Desirable Technical Skills
- Good Java experience
- Good SQL experience
- Good ElasticSearch / OpenSearch experience
- Good React native experience
- Solid Mobile App development
- AWS Ops experience
Career Progression
