About the opportunity
Were seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Lead to join our Brand & Customer Experience team on a 10month internal secondment.
This role is accountable for enabling marketing excellence and providing specialist operational advice to support future readiness and transformation. Youll play a key role in identifying designing and sustaining the tools systems and processes that enhance the capability efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing function.
This secondment is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in operational leadership enjoys improving ways of working and brings an enterprise mindset to marketing delivery.
Key accountabilities
In this role you will:
Proactively identify opportunities to improve marketing operations build commercial cases for change and lead the design and implementation of solutions that improve productivity and quality of outputs across Brand & Customer Experience
Lead initiatives that drive operational excellence across the marketing function ensuring strong alignment and effective ways of working with interdependent teams such as Legal Risk Compliance and other internal business units
Design and continuously refine tools and processes that improve consistency scalability and effectiveness including briefing workflow and pipeline management creative evaluation and campaign planning
Inspire the Brand & Customer Experience team by bringing bestpractice thinking and a strong enterprise focus to marketing strategy governance stakeholder engagement and ways of working
Sense and respond to the needs of the marketing team by removing blockages and pain points that impact productivity while delivering the processes tools and technologies required to support effective delivery
Act as a key support resource for Adobe Workfront and Adobe Experience Manager Assets (DAM) enabling effective workflow management strong campaign execution discipline and brand asset governance
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders aligning on shared strategy and goals removing process barriers and enabling collaboration across the customer value chain
What youll bring
To be successful in this secondment youll bring:
Bachelor of Marketing or a related discipline (mandatory)
Minimum 5 years experience working in a marketing team
Proven experience delivering marketing campaigns across digital 1:1 and traditional channels
Experience briefing creative and media agencies or working within an agency environment
Experience designing and implementing new systems or processes
Supplier and vendor management experience
Demonstrated success delivering marketing effectiveness and efficiency improvements
Capabilities
Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills
Solid understanding of the marketing function and its role in driving revenue
Ability to navigate complex internal and external stakeholder relationships
Proven capability to drive programs of work manage deadlines and deliver outcomes
Professionally curious with a strong focus on marketing excellence
Ability to map stakeholders identify interdependencies and design effective processes
CX experience (desirable but not mandatory)
Product ownership or project management experience (desirable)
