Performance & Paid Media Strategy
- Develop and execute multi-channel paid media strategies across search social display video affiliate and ATL
- Balance short-term performance with long-term impact
- Identify new growth opportunities across emerging channels and trends
- Partner with creative and brand teams to develop strong performance-led messaging
- Ensure campaigns are driven by data customer insight and commercial objectives.
Budget Ownership & Optimisation
- Manage and allocate significant media budgets across channels
- Optimise channel mix to maximise ROI and customer quality
- Forecast performance and proactively adjust investment based on results.
Performance Improvement
- Continuously test learn and optimise through structured experimentation
- Improve CPA conversion rates and incrementality
- Discover and test CRO opportunities across web app and funnels
- Work closely with analytics to refine attribution and measurement frameworks.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align acquisition efforts with product broker network and retail initiatives
- Provide clear commercially focused reporting to senior stakeholders
- Translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in performance marketing with ownership of large paid media budgets. (Google Ads Meta programmatic affiliates)
- Strong expertise across traditional paid channels (FTA Radio OOH)
- Demonstrated success scaling acquisition while improving efficiency
- Strong analytical capability and comfort working with data forecasting and attribution models
- Commercial mindset with clear accountability for targets
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing Business or related field preferred.
