We are seeking an exceptional School Business Manager (SBM) to join a high-performing secondary school in Cheltenham. This is a senior leadership position where you will be the driving force behind the schools financial stability and operational efficiency. You will work as a close partner to the Headteacher ensuring that every penny of the budget is optimized to support student outcomes.

Detailed Responsibilities
Financial Strategy: Managing the schools multi-million-pound budget including long-term financial planning monitoring cash flow and ensuring rigorous audit compliance.
HR & Operations: Leading the support staff teams (Finance Admin Site and IT) and overseeing payroll recruitment and staff contracts.
Premises & Safety: Acting as the lead for Health & Safety overseeing major capital projects and managing external facilities contracts.
Income Generation: Identifying and bidding for external grants and managing school lettings to maximize non-governmental revenue.
