Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The opportunity

• We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated professional who loves to create implement and manage e2e onboarding process
• Propose improvements and optimizations
• Tell a story to candidates using a range of data analytics linking insights to the business strategy
• This is an important role requiring both analytical project management skills and business awareness.

Your key responsibilities

• Project management/coordination
• Ability to work with complex information spread across multiple stakeholders
• Work on scheduled and adhoc HR onboarding activities
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with discretion
• Improve operational efficiencies by identifying opportunities for automation and developing templates
• Be able to manage compliance and audit related activities

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience in managing HR projects deployments and onboarding
  
• Excellent English and Polish communication skills clear influential and concise.
• Hands on experience to perform Compliance/audit activities
• Excel skills
