The role
The Senior IT Process Management Specialist is responsible for designing optimizing and governing the operational processes of the IT Department. This includes processes related to project delivery solution implementation incident management service support and IT management operations.
The ideal candidate is a processmodelling expert capable of leading discussions with stakeholders across the organization driving alignment and ensuring measurable highquality outcomes. The candidate also conducts assessments on existing processes and adoption in the organization and ensures adherence to the defined processes.
Your responsibilities
- Design document and maintain IT department processes following recognized standards (e.g. BPMN ITIL ISO/IEC 20000).
- Assess and improve existing IT processes to increase efficiency consistency and quality.
- Develop process workflows diagrams templates and operating procedures.
- Ensure processes are consistently followed across project operations and support teams.
- Establish process governance frameworks including KPIs compliance checks and improvement cycles.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with cross-functional teams to align requirements and define process outcomes.
- Collaborate with project managers service managers architects and technical teams to ensure process fit and adherence.
- Create and maintain high-quality process documentation guides and playbooks.
- Train team members on new or updated processes tools and methodologies.
- Identify automation and improvement opportunities (e.g. workflow tools service management platforms).
- Partner with tool owners to implement process changes and ensure alignment.
- Compliance with internal regulations procedures law and managers orders including labor regulations regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company including companys intellectual property protection.

- Professional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education.
Our requirements
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science Information Technology Information Systems or a related field.
- Professional training or certification in process methodologies (e.g. BPMN Lean Six Sigma ITIL) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of process modelling standards such as BPMN 2.0.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (ITIL preferred).
- Experience in process modelling with Microsoft Visio would be a plus.
- Good understanding of IT project lifecycle and solution implementation processes.
- Strong facilitation communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to lead discussions mediate between teams and drive consensus.
- Highly self reliant proactive and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Fast learner with strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Fluent in written and spoken English at a professional level.
- 3 years of experience in process design IT operations service management or similar roles.
